Due to the nature of tartan each waistcoat will have an individual look.
The ‘Bootneck 350 Tartan’ is the only Officially Registered Tartan in the world, to honour all Royal Marines since 1664. Created in the 350th year of The Corps, it continues to march on with love and respect for all ‘Bootnecks’ and is officially recognised by The Royal Marines. It is proudly worn by former and current Royal Marines personnel and their families, friends and supporters all over the world.
We have created this authentic tartan exclusively for you. Weaving the DNA of the Royal Marines into its very core, by incorporating these significant colours:-

RED: Is for ‘Drummer Red’, historically worn by the Army.
GREEN: Signifies the infantry green, once worn on the ‘shako’ (a tall cylindrical military cap with a visor).
YELLOW: for ‘Old Gold’ from the dress and ensigns of the Duke of York and Albany’s Maritime Regiment.
BLACK: Is for the continual respect for all fallen Royal Marines.
Material: 13oz Medium weight with black polyester lining and back panel.
